Why I volunteered here: My cousin and I started this non-profit to raise awareness about the Millenium Development Goals. We spoke in cities across Canada to youth and adults. We volunteered at organizations all over the country.
Why I volunteered here: This is another great adventure race in the region that provides a tourism draw but also is a great way to keep locals fit and healthy!
Why I volunteered here: I love sport and being part of the sporting community. The valley has few winter sporting events that draw tourists and I really want to see this one succeed.
