Launch Financial Education Society (Launch Okanagan) recently worked with another great community partner, Freedom's Door in Kelowna! We’ve been delivering Dollars and Sense workshops twice a week for the last 3 weeks and the clients soaked it up with enthusiasm.
We love working with this amazing group of people!!
Freedom’s Door Kelowna is a non-profit addiction recovery home dedicated to helping men find freedom from addiction in a safe and secure environment. They’ve been transforming lives since 2002 and helped over 1600 men to date. More info at: https://freedomsdoorkelowna.com
Launch Okanagan is a non-profit organization that helps people move forward in life by providing them with the financial knowledge, confidence and community support to take the next step towards greater independence and sustainable positive change. Our programs increase participants’ understanding of their personal finances while also helping them to save their money, start a business, embark on post-secondary education or increase their skills in a trade.
By providing people with financial education, mentorship and collaboration we aim to strengthen the independence and resiliency of our participants. Launch foundational programs are free and delivered via zoom so anyone can join thanks to local donors and corporate partners who provide the means to keep our programs running. More info and program registration at http://launchokanagan.ca.
