Community Help Fund
We're pleased to provide a $500 grant from the Envision Financial, a division of First West Credit Union and First West Foundation Community Help Fund to further the efforts of MOSAIC and its programs for families in our community.

Since 1976, MOSAIC has worked to strengthen communities by supporting newcomers in building their new lives in Canada.
MOSAIC provides comprehensive programs and services for refugees, immigrants, migrant workers and refugee claimants in BC, furthering the success and sense of belonging of individuals from diverse backgrounds and enriching communities.
Donations will help MOSAIC continue to make a difference for newcomers with:
• Assistance through our newly launched Health Navigator program to navigate online portals for COVID-19 self assessment, available in 18 languages
• Help for families with virtual school work, story time, music and English language training
• Emotional support and safety planning for women experiencing gender-based violence
• Assistance with applications for the Canada Emergency Response Benefit and other supports
• Social connections from virtual practice sessions of the Multicultural Seniors Choir to online peer support gatherings
