Today, United Way Southern Interior BC (SIBC), in partnership with Interior Savings and the Community Foundations of the North and South Okanagan, announces the four recipients of the second year of their Social Enterprise Accelerator Program. The fund grew this year due to increasingly innovative strategies from prominent funders in the valley, to invest in charities that have both a clear mission AND a product or service that they can sell.
2019/20 RECIPIENTS:
BrainTrust Canada Association Canada based out of Kelowna & Vernon
Naramata Centre in the South Okanagan
IndigenEYEZ program operating across the region
Operation Take Two based at Rutland Senior Secondary School in Kelowna
