We had a chance to recognize Lesley James-Krauss today! She reached her second milestone as a FirstOntario Credit Union #BlueWave volunteer in the spring and has been a volunteer and advocate of the Blue Wave program since 2011. She has volunteered at a variety of events including the student nutrition program at Lake Ave School in Hamilton and has given more than 192 hours of her time in the community. Volunteers that reach their milestone are recognized with a celebration and a donation made on their behalf to a charity of their choice. Lesley is continuing to volunteer through her retirement and has directed her $750 donation to Dalhousie Place, a Supervised Access Centre that offers safe, child focused visitation and exchange services.
