Kerr Wood Leidal Associates Ltd. is a strong supporter of the Starfish Pack School Program in Vernon. Through volunteer time, individual and corporate donations, KWL helps the Kalamalka Rotary Club, Vernon Boys & Girls Club and School District 22 provide reliable access to healthy food each weekend during the school year. Each weekend a backpack is sent home with 2 breakfasts, 2 lunches, 2 dinners, snacks and fresh fruit. This ensures that kids can show up on Monday mornings able to focus on learning, and helps fight food insecurity and hunger in the community.
