Our Mission

As a registered non-profit U Grow Girl empowers women survivors of child sexual abuse through Canada’s only free, clinically supervised trauma recovery retreats for adults. We uniquely integrate rescued horses and equine-assisted therapy—the only program of its kind in North America—within our approach. Our retreats focus on connection, education, and ongoing support, enabling survivors to heal shame, build resilience, and reclaim their lives.
