Hello all! I am the Committee Chair for the Investors Group Walk for Alzheimer's in Kelowna this year, and I am currently recruiting volunteer committee members to play key roles in organization and execution of this year's Walk. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership role and make a meaningful contribution to a great cause. Funds raised by the Walk make possible the support services offered by the Alzheimer Society of BC, and contribute to research in this field of study. Please get in touch if you are interested in getting involved! You can reach me at email@example.com
Sunday, May 1, 2016 is approaching quickly. We are in the countdown with some last minute team recruiting activities. We have sent an e-mail to the majority of Fitness Centres and Real Estate Companies in the Central Okanagan to see if they can field a team or want to participate with a tent and display at the event. We would like to follow-up our e-mail with a telephone call in the next week to each business. Please let me know if you might be available during business hours to make some calls. Also let us know what time commitment you can make. We will provide a list of businesses to call and script you can use.
We will be able to also advise you next week on what time to be at the event and what your responsibilities will be. You can reach me at firstname.lastname@example.org or 250 864-8033.
