Workshop Assistant
Help make workshop participants feel welcome and 'at home'.Workshop assistants will help facilitators set up for workshops. Depending on availability, this may include preparing workshop materials, setting up tables, chairs, food & beverage, signing in and greeting participants, helping participants fill out forms, distributing materials during the workshop, assisting with the clean up after the workshop. Most workshops are held on weekdays during the day. Some workshops are held in other Central Okanagan communities (eg. West Kelowna).
This volunteer position has no scheduling requirements attached to it. You can work out your availability and time commitment directly with the organizer.
