Thank you for your interest in participating in the Interior Savings Ribfest presented by Daybreak Rotary as the Event Crew on Saturday August 5th from 10:30am - 3:30pm. We know your group will have a fantastic time onsite!
Your team will get to interact with attendees, hangout at Riverside Park in the middle of the action and have a lot of fun. The equipment you require will be onsite from Friday, you will need to raise the tent and set out the game. Our booth is located next to the Rotary Tent in the main Ribber Zone.
Your team will be running the Great Money Challenge game, handing out $200 Get Your Share cards so you can talk to people about the benefits of Membership, and doing event surveys. The manual for the Great Money Challenge game was emailed to your team leader.
Our goal is to have at least 100 survey’s completed per day. People have the option of providing their contact information for a chance to win $200 cash for filling out the survey. Your group will be awarded a $0.50 bonus for each event survey filled out at the event.
Parking will be limited so please allow time for a short walk to the event site. Staff are asked to wear their bright blue Interior Savings Community Crew shirts, families and children are welcome to participate but won't be provided a staff shirt.
After the event, each person should log their volunteer hours through Volinspire as these hours will count towards the Employee Volunteer Program incentives. Your team will receive $350 for running the event crew and plus bonus funds from completed event surveys. Money can be directed to your staff fun fund or you may choose to use some or all of it to support your team's charity of choice, please let Sonya know your preference.
