Yesterday was day 1 of the UBC Community Service Learning Program (Okanagan) Reading Week Days of Caring. On Family Day, students spent time at YMCA of Okanagan's event and City of Kelowna's events at Capital News Centre. Students helped out with face painting, craft stations, and running gym programs. Awesome way to start off the week! Watch for daily posts to see what the students are doing next!! Another amazing Pushor Mitchell LLP United Way Day of Caring in our community.

Volinspire was very excited to work with the City of Kelowna and KPMG for the local WEareKelowna event! This was an inspiring evening and a pleasure to meet and hear from change maker Craig Kielberger. As a result of a contest Volinspire ran, we are proud to announce that we will be donating $1,000 to WE charity in support of their mission to create positive change! https://www.we.org/gb/about-we-charity/
The City of Kelowna HR team at the Central Okanagan Community Food Bank. What a great organization with a huge operation that's really needed in our community.
It was a Rockstar morning at the United Way Central & South Okanagan/Similkameen Kickoff Breakfast! Awesome to see rockstars like our mayor (rocking a Tragically Hip song!) and some of Volinspire's awesome community partners and Good Companies supporting the United Way and our local communities through donations, workplace campaigns, corporate sponsorship and volunteerism. Great energy, touching stories and inspiring impact. Well done Kelowna! #uwcsokickoff Shout out to: Interior Savings Valley First, a division of First West Credit Union Prospera Credit Union City of Kelowna Kelowna Chamber of Commerce BrainTrust Canada Association Okanagan College UBCO - University of British Columbia Okanagan Campus
